1. Local Pickup and Click and Collect

• We offer local pickup and click and collect for all online purchases.
• Please note that we are not open on Tuesdays and weekends. Orders can be collected on business days from Monday, Wednesday to Friday.
• We will confirm that your click and collect order is ready via email.

2. Lead Time for Click and Collect

• A 2-hour lead time is required for all click and collect purchases. This means that you can collect your order 2 hours after the purchase has been made online, during our business hours.

3. Business Hours

• Our business hours for pickups are:
• Monday: 9AM - 5pm
• Wednesday: 9AM - 5PM
• Thursday: 9AM - 5PM
• Friday: 9AM - 5PM

4. Shipping

• We offer flat rate Australia-wide shipping for all orders.
• Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

5. In-Store Purchases

• We encourage our customers to make purchases in-store during their appointments. This ensures you can consult with our staff and select the best products for your needs.

6. Returns and Refunds

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the purchase date.
• Items must be in their original condition, unopened, and unused to qualify for a return.
• Please bring your receipt or proof of purchase when returning an item.
• Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

7. Exchanges

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

8. Damaged or Defective Products

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund for the damaged or defective item.
