What If I Need To Cancel My Appointment?

In the event that you are unable to make your appt, we kindly ask that you provide the salon with at least 48 hours notice. Should you fail to contact me to cancel or reschedule your appointment within this notice period a cancellation fee will be charged before booking your next appt. (Exemptions in some cases).

What Happens If I Am Running Late?

In the event you are running late, please note we may not be able to perform your complete service.

I Am Unwell For My Appointment

If you attend your appointment unwell or with flu like symptoms I will reserve the right to kindly ask you to reschedule for another time.  A cancellation fee will be charged.

I Am Not Quite Happy With My Hair

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your hair, you are invited to come back into the salon, within 7 days of your initial appt to have readjustment. In the case that you are still unhappy with your hair, you may be offered a partial refund at Mayco the Salon’s discretion.

Yes, there is plenty of parking available towards the back of the building.
